These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Clouds Software website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

Clouds Software provides AI solutions, custom software development, web and mobile applications, cloud services, and consulting services. These services are provided on an "as-is" basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

• You are responsible for all activity under your account

All content, features, and functionality provided through our services are owned by Clouds Software, our licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

If you submit any content to our services, you grant Clouds Software a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute such content. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit.

Our services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Clouds Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of or inability to use the services.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clouds Software and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

Clouds Software reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the services following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.

Clouds Software may terminate or suspend your account and access to the services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason or no reason, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Uganda, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Uganda.
